Hi all. I hope everyone has a great weekend. I might not post for a few days. The weather here is supposed to be a mix of snow and rain and high temps of only the 20's. So we probably won't be out much or on any trails. Mom thinks you've all seen enough of me sleeping, so unless someone has a special request.....mom and I will just be hibernating for a bit.

Hey, Buddy, that weather sounds COLD! I wouldn't go out either. Wish I could send you some of our sunshine. The temps here drop to around 30 at night, but during the day you could almost wear shorts.

oh. mom just showed me. nah, I prefer my naked self, but thanks anyways.
It's currently 11 here, and wind chill is 1 (so that makes it feel like 1 degree out) and mom put a stupid sweater on me...did you see the pic of me in my stupid sweater! I hate that thing.
~Note from mom: It's true he hates it...but I have to add, even in this type of weather, he still sits his puggy butt down on the freezing cold.....literally, ice and snow freezing!!!!!! All I can do is shake my head at him. haha

ReplyDeleteOh, don't be said. Mom just sometimes gets writer block...and I sometimes just sleep...and well, that just doesn't make for a good blog. Do you have a request about something? Mom likes when she has a little direction to work with. :D
We've never asked you how you got recycled... what happened? Or is this subject still hurts you bad?

Nope not a sad subject at all. From what mom remembers the Foster family saying, is that the 1st owner was either too old to care for me properly...or that s/he had a stroke or surgery and couldn't take care of me. So I went into foster, and then I came to live with mom. This is my 2nd year with her and I think things are going quite well.
DeleteThe fosters never even told mom what my real name was!!! The fosters named me Hawk, but mom didn't like that at all. So, buddy just came to be. Of course, I don't answer to my name at all, but mom says I have so many other great qualities, that she doesn't care.
I walk great on the leash. I hardly ever bark. I don't chew up things. I don't have accidents in the house. I don't even bark at other dogs or strangers. I'm a super chill pug who enjoys pats on the head and some butt scratches. Mom sometimes think my voice would be that of an old wise hippie....or the turtle from Finding Nemo....ddduuuuuuuuude. LOL!!!!
Oh, Buddy, that is definitely hibernating weather! We will wait patiently till your return, but you can always post videos of you snoring (the humans like that) or you can talk about your favorite sleeping spots or positions.
