Braving the Cold...

Mom decided to suck up her laziness and dislike for the cold and take me to a brand new park on Sunday.  I think the temps when we went out were low 20's.
Here we go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Starting out our walk...

Um...mom?.......it's all UPHILL!!!!
Mom:  "Buddy, it is named Rising Park....so it goes uphill.  Let's go check it out!  Let's see what's up there!"

Well, at least let me inspect stuff on the way up...

Mom says this was cute, an inverted heart of branches...
 Mom:  So....................I wanted to video Buddy little butt sashaying down-hill on the trail.....because for some reason, it was just making me laugh. He doesn't walk that way on flat ground.  So I did.  However, because it was snow covered, and because well....let's just say it's gravity...I slipped and fell.  I was going to edit it out...but thought you all would at least get a chuckle out of it.  LOL!!

      It really wasn't so bad Payton, I had my face in the snow and I didn't even lift my little paws at all. I even sat down a time or two. It was good.
      Yeah, I didn't even notice that mom fell.....I just kept on scooting down the hill. haha.

    Oh your snow pug picture is so cute.
    Your mama is pretty too. (that's what Neko says, he loves blonde ladies)

    Our mama announced that she is running Valentine's 5K next month... do you know how cold would that be? We think she is crazy....

      I had better snow pug pictures, but mom camera is slow sometimes. oh well. We aren't quite as cold as 12 here yet...but from the weather, it is on its way. It rained here today, so I just went out and peed, and then came in.
      I have to agree with you, if your mom is out in that weather, voluntarily, she may be a bit crazy. hehe.

    Oh Buddy's Mom I can so relate. I'd a been sprawled out by the second step! Please know you have my sympathies! Buddy on the other hand seems pretty inspired by all that coldness and trekking about. One tough cookie!

      He truly is. He sits his darn butt in the snow. I think he is, once again, not like many other pugs, and really loves to be outside. He loves to explore new places, but then hates that we have to actually trek back home or to the car. He'd rather just get picked up and get a ride home. LOL!!
